Silk worn against the skin during the day — whether as a base layer, a scarf, or even just a silk-lined garment — provides that same low-friction, thermoregulating buffer. It's a smaller intervention than an eight-hour sleep environment, but it's not nothing.
The Wellness Tool That Doesn't Require a Prescription
