If you are not completely satisfied with your order from www.sylkusa.com, simply return your order within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the product amount, less shipping & handling. If you wish to return your product, please email email@example.com. If you are returning product for a refund, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product back to SYLK. We are unable to reimburse the original shipping and handling fees but will refund the cost of the product.
Only one “opened” product is eligible for return, however, if you are returning multiple products, you may return one “opened” product along with others that are still factory sealed for a refund.
